Bad formatting body e-mail

I noticed that since few days the body mail formatting is not accurate. I received an e-mail from Amazon for a return and qr codes, for example, weren't visible as well as other formatting signs.
I read the same e-mail from my webmail and it showed it correctly.
I downloaded the last Thunderbird version without having solved the issue.
Please let me know if this is a known bug or not.
