I am writing to request assistance with an issue I am experiencing with Mozilla Thunderbird.
today Thunderbird is no longer able to send outgoing emails. Incoming emails work correctly, but when I try to send a message, it fails and the email remains in the Outbox.
I have already checked the following:
Internet connection is working correctly
Account credentials are correct
SMTP settings appear unchanged
The issue persists after restarting the application
Could you please help me identify the cause of this problem and advise on how to resolve it?
