To whom it may concern,
I am writing to you for the third time to express my deep frustration regarding an unacceptable problem with two-step verification.
I am trying to set up two-factor authentication, a security option that, in my opinion, should be standard and fully functional across all your services. I have tried using reliable authenticator apps such as Google Authenticator, Authy, and Proton, but none of them are working correctly.
I have already verified that my device clocks are perfectly synchronized, so the problem is not on my end. I find it impossible to understand how, in 2025, a company like Mozilla, which champions privacy and security, can have such an unreliable verification system. It's unthinkable that, when using Firefox as a primary browser, one cannot rely on a fundamental security feature like this.
I expect you to take this report with the utmost urgency and provide me with an immediate solution.
Sincerely,
A frustrated user.
