Which incompatibilities to chrome are known?
Am in the process of trying to switch to Firefox from Chrome. Followed directions from https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/import-bookmarks-google-chrome#w_start-the-firefox-import-process Import Wizard claims success. But I am missing a bunch of passwords in Firefox that don't seem to have imported from Chrome, despite the tool claiming success. Would appreciate any help in getting this sorted out!
new to firefox, i just did a blunder. i want to keep firefox separate from chrome. i accidentally had it transfer all chrome history, bookmarks, etc. trying desperately to undo. any help w/b appreciated.
The title pretty much says it - I have Chrome and Firefox on both my iPhone and my windows PC. I want Chrome to sync with itself on both devices (it does this just fine) and Firefox to sync on both (does this fine too). What I don't want is my history, bookmarks, etc. syncing between Chrome and Firefox. I didn't set this up intentionally but that's what they're doing now - my Google search history from Firefox is showing up when I open the main Google page in Chrome (on both devices). I'm not signed into my Google account in Firefox so I'm a little baffled by how this is happening.
