Om my iPhone each time I do a search on Firefox, which is the default browser, it brings up Bing. How is this corrected What is causing it?

I’ve noticed for the past week or two that the app keeps changing my result engine to Google. Is this a new issue?

I have downloaded Mozilla Firefox to my iPad. I keep seeing DuckDuckGo as my browser. I want to change my search engine to Firefox but I don’t see Firefox as a listed search engine that I can choose from. Does Mozilla have its own search engine? I don’t want to use the other listed choices such as Google or Bing.
