How can i install WebGL 2.0 so my farm town game will work on my mac book (ios)??? I've been using Firefox for over 10 years with this game and now all of a sudden my game is requiring WebGL 2.0. HELP PLEASE Thank you. Garry Weaver ... ...

I wanted to upgrade and update my Firefox to the latest version. Encountered some errors so I uninstalled the old version and reinstalled Firefox' latest version. Now all of a sudden all my Add-ons / Plugins / Extentions on the latest version of Firefox for Mac OS is gone...

When working in a Service Desk website, trying to drag an email attachment from Outlook into the attachment field of the webpage does not work. The attachment field responds as though it will work, but then no attachment appears. Downloading and dragging the attachment from the desktop DOES work, but the client wants to be able to just drag from the email directly.

I have tested the same procedure in Chrome, Safari and Microsoft Edge and they all work, so the problem must be Firefox. Version: 102.5.0esr (64-Bit)

The client will temporarily use Edge, but Firefox is the preferred browser, so I really hope you have a suggestion.

Addendum: As I stated in my answers to the two replies that I got, this problem is occurring on Windows 10 Enterprise 22H2 - 19045.2364 and with macOS Big Sur 11.7.2 (personal computer).

I upgraded Firefox to the latest version on the macOS yesterday, but the problem persisted. I also upgraded Firefox on one of the Windows machines here at the University, but again, the problem persisted. Later, I will upgrade Firefox on a Windows machine not connected to the university's network, just to make sure.

I just discovered something interesting as I tested dragging the email attachment from web-based email accounts - personal outlook, work outlook and gmail that were accessed from Chrome, Edge and also from Firefox. Dragging and Dropping the email attachment into the form did not work on any of the browsers.

If there is anything that I can do to help with the troubleshooting process, please let me know.

I just upgraded to Firefox 99.0.1 on my Macbook Pro. Since then, nothing but trouble. Nothing will sync, none of my passwords are saving. I turned on sync, it says it is turned on, yet I have to manually enter my passwords every time. It is incredibly frustrating.

Can't afford new Mac and newest version of iOs won't run on this MacBook... Too old... Same story: need new, no $$$... So, I what I need is a link to the old version of Firefox that I CAN run on my MacBook... One that works with iOs 10.11116 or whatever...

Oops. I replaced my version of Firefox with the the newest version, but my OS X El Capitan version 10.11.6 does not support it. Now I can't browse with Firefox. How may I get the compatible version back?

Can Mozilla please update and fix the bugs? After downloading new update i am unable to hear sound from my internal speaker on my macbook air.

My final exams are around the corner, and I am desperately looking for Mozilla team to respond. I have launched a complaint earlier but no action has been taken. Please fix this issue.

Hoping someone can help me with this asap.

I was prompted to update firefox on my mac laptop.

So I did the update by clicking the button available at the top of the firefox browser, but now I can not open Firefox at all.

When I click on the firefox icon it does not open firefox and this message appears: You can't use this version of the application "Firefox with the version of OS X. You have OS X 10.11.6 . The application requires OS X 10.12 or later.

I understand what this means but not sure how to revert back to the previous version of firefox.

When installing the new update/version of firefox, i have deleted the old version of firefox.

Following the instructions above I went to: https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/ , but can not find the previous version of firefox that I need.

The only info I have on firefox is version 102.2.0. I am after the version before this as assume that is the one compatable with my laptop currently (i can not update the OS ).

Can you help me download the previous version so it is compatable with my mac laptop?

Hi, I downloaded iMacros 8.9.7 onto an older version of Firefox, but when I click the extension the sidebar is blank. I know the add-on is there because if I move my mouse I can see there are buttons I can click.

Simple. I want to change the background color from black to white. I hate the black background.

It will make me leave firefox and use a different browser.  Don't understand why this is not easily found in preferences.

Every time I open a new tab or go to a tab that I have open, when I come back after my computer has been asleep and try to search for something or refresh a tab, it will give me an error message. I have to close the tab and search again then it works, sometimes I have to do it 2 or 3 times to get it to work. This just started happening with MacOS Catalina 10.15.7 and FireFox 103.0.2 updates in the last few weeks. I tried restarting my computer and I deleted the Firefox app and reinstalled but nothing helps.

I brought a new system with latest OS Big Sur, I'm using Firefox v49.1 (required version) for my official purpose. So I installed this version in my Mac and it works smoothly, suddenly it quits and showing crash alert. I reinstalled again and again, but it's not worked. I fed up with this issue. I am having a lot of issues with Firefox 103.0.2. When I open tabs I'm getting connection issues, if I open a new tab to search, I am getting the same message. I also am now having printing issues directly from Firefox only. It isn't printing mailing labels correctly, logos are huge and you can only see a portion of them. This all started with the newest update of Firefox. Everything was working fine before. I have tried printing the same label through Safari and Chrome and it works fine so not a printer issue. I am on a Mac Mini MacOS Catalina 10.15.7. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling, clearing cache and history, restarting my computer, working offline but nothing helps.

Hi all, I have an Adobe account and regularly use Adobe e-sign to send out contracts. I have recently updated Firefox and since then, when I try and send out PDFs for e-sign via Adobe Acrobat Reader, it doesn't get past the upload of the document stage. When I do it on the web browser, I can log in to my account fine, but as soon as I try and view the PDF I want to send for signature, it tells me that:

I have followed all the above but it doesn't make any difference. I have also turned off Enhanced Tracking Protection for that site and it worked once, but then stopped working again.

I'm on a MacBook Pro.
