Downloaded some add ons like HTTPS everywhere, uBlock Origin). Was working fine. Tried to get Pocket add on and everything crashed twice. Deleted Avast, didn't fix. Deleted and reinstalled Firefox, still nothing. I can't even access my add ons page.

Every time I attempt to put Youtube into Fullscreen mode Firefox crashes. The only add-on I have is U Block. I've already run a fresh install of Firefox, and it still crashes upon trying to fullscreen. I am running Yosemite on a Macbook Pro 2010. Hello, My Firefox was always crashing so when I tried to uninstall I would get an error message (don't have it now). My 15-year old went into CCLeaner and deleated all the registry files, programs and folders to do a new install. Now when I try to re-install using the latest download I get the following two errors:

WerFault.exe - Application Error: The application was unable to start correctly (0x000279). Click OK to close the application.

Firefox Installer.exe - Application Error: The exception unknown software exception (0x06d007e) occurred in the application at location 0x000000076F4B832.

How do I fix this so I can go back to FF and off IE?

In the last couple of days, Firefox has started unexpectedly exiting.

It doesn't show an error message on screen or create a Firefox crash report - it just vanishes - but it does create a WER log and entry in the Windows Application error log. It doesn't necessarily exit when it has the focus in response to user interaction - some times I'll be doing something else, and try to tab back to Firefox, and it's just gone. Mean time between crashes is about 30 minutes - not "instantly" or "on startup" but enough to be unlivable with.

I have reinstalled Firefox, checked that it is up to date (73.0.1 (64-bit)), and disabled all my plugins except 1Password (I can't really use a browser without the 1Password plugin so if it doesn't work with it on, it's the same as it not working at all)

Some WER log files for example:
