See the attached. Usually when the process gets above 1gb I kill it, but I've watched it get over 7gb before. This is a terrible nuisance that other browsers handle with ease. Why does Firefox allow such selfishness through your browser? You have the ability to allow or disallow anything! Get on top of it! I say this because more than a decade ago you had the same problem on Windows as you now have on Linux!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GET A FUCKEN BRAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a Lenovo Chromebook and Firefox will not download, I have tried doing this from the Play store and even though I click to "download to this device" it keeps downloading the mobile app, I really need the full app please.

Firefox went through a pretty major change recently. i could see I had to change my toolbar customisation back to how I wanted it. However, I have about half a dozen add-ons controlled via icons on the browser, but all the icons are gone and I see no way to get them back.

Until the recent Firefox update I could switch these add-ons on or off whenever I wanted via icons on the menu toolbar. I now see no way to get these controls back.

I have a problem with my primary email. I cannot send out or receive. I'm working with my provider but no resolution as of yet. They did check my settings at the provider level but said everything looks good. I've thoroughly checked and rechecked all my email settings and am unable to see a problem. I'm thinking that since I am not signed into my browser (Mozilla Firefox) with it telling me my account is disconnected that I need to Sync my account, but I cannot do that.

So, I have been trying to Sync my Mozilla account but being I have a problem with email I am unable to receive your email code to completely sign into my Mozilla account. What I am wanting to do is to sign into my account and add a secondary email address so to receive your sign in code so that I am able to finish syncing my account.

I am lost to know what to do from here! You will be unable to reply to me using my regular primary email address because as I say, I cannot send or receive, so how can you even help me? Please help me somehow! I'm sure you have my phone number being I would think it's on my account. Can you phone me? Hopefully! Not sure whether I should put a phone number or the added secondary email address in here so you can add it for me. I can't sign into Mozilla to do anything. I went through my Google account to get this far so to hopefully send this to you. Your help would surely be appreciated! I'm referring to when you hit ctrl-d or click the star, click the location dropdown, and select the choose option to scroll through your bookmark folders to select where to put the bookmark, my menu is tiny and annoyingly easy to scroll too far in without realizing till it's too late. Quick google didn't seem to have a solution, and the support didn't recognize the verbiage at least (not sure if that's on me for wording it weird or what, I'm pretty new to FIrefox and still have growing pains from the switch from the now anti-adblock browser I abandoned). Anyone?

Why does Firefox block so many news and current affairs links? Is this censorship? When I am blocked by Firefox I can usually rely on Opera to open them immediately and without any fuss. I'm fast losing confidence in Firefox as my default browser.

Hello! I have Firefox and Google set to Dark Mode. Suddenly this week, when I do a search, the answers are coming up not in dark mode. I can hit refresh several times and it will eventually go back to being Dark.

I have checked and I am running the lastest version of Firefox and my Windows is up to date.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I think I know the answer to this question already, because all my searches come up empty, but is there a way to show the count of blocked elements on the shield icon? Obviously you can click on the shield itself and see, but I'd much prefer to display the info live similar to how uBO, AdGuard, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, Disconnect, et al do it.

If that ability isn't available yet, is there an official method to put in a feature request? I doubt I'd be the first one making the request, but perhaps I can add a vote for it to become a reality. ETP has to be about 10 years old at this point, it's surprising that option wasn't added a long time ago.

I have difficulty with a number of sites when trying to login. An example - yesterday I was unable to login to my account on STARZ immediately after changing my password. I switched to Chrome and I was able to complete the process. On STARZ it just acted like I had not entered my username and password. On vistana.com, when I initially put in the URL, I see a message box flash, then I get a blank window. Again, it works fine with Chrome.

Ideas? Ways to track what is going on? Any ideas appreciated! I would like to continue using Firefox, but it is very frustrating to have these login issues.

I am trying to listen to a book on Audible, but can't. I get a notice that "Playback is no longer supported on this browser version" and to update my browser. How do I do this so I can listen to my books on Audible?
