Why is something claiming to be McAfee telling my that my Firefox browser is infected? And it's showing me a renewal notice when I do not have McAfee. It's all very annoying. If I download a new Firefox will that fix it?

I'm on the latest version of Firefox for Windows. All my add-ons are outdated but when I click on "Check for Updates" it says there are none available. Setting add-on updates to "default" or "enabled" doesn’t make a difference.
My firewall isn’t blocking any connections (I even tried with it disabled), and Firefox has no other issues.
Any Ideas ?

How do I Turn off 'Prevent this site from creating additional dialogs' feature?
I'm using an app called sevone, and each time I delete a graph I was getting this annoying popup. I selected 'Prevent this site from creating additional dialogs' feature, and now I cannot delete any graphs.
I am unable to find the setting anywhere. In older FF versions, this setting I believe was called dom.successive_dialog_time_limit on the about:config page and set the value to 0 to fix the issue. However, this information is from 2014 and is no longer useful.

I have blocked all websites from accessing my geolocation by default in the privacy settings and there are no exceptions on the list.
And yet,
1) many websites I visit seem to have my geolocation, even though I have never shared any information with them
2) the last two suggestions on the first page when I search for anything are always linked to my location
How is this possible? How do I fix it?
