In error, I answered 'yes' to save an entry on a site to be my new login ID & pswd for that site. I want to get back to my original login ID & pswd. They told me I need to call my Browser FireFox to "get rid of my pre-saved login id & pswd". How do I do that? jerrybrown411@gmail.com

Not for the first time but the 3rd in the past few months I was closing a tab in Firefox and my PC immediately reset. No warning, just straight to blank screen as soon as I closed a tab (I had 4 open). Next thing I knew it was going through re-boot. No crash report in Firefox.

This last time I had Facebook open, I had a video in Facebook popped-out, it had finished playing and I went to close the FB tab.

The Add-ons Manager tab is automatically presented as one of the tabs when I start Mozilla. How do I configure Mozilla so that the Add-ons Manager tab is not presented?

Windows 10 64bit pc. After factory reset and reinstall of Firefox, 2 extensions are enabled but the menu bar won't allow them. These worked OK before the reset.

Troubleshooting within Firefox won't work because it disables the extensions.

The messages from Extensions say "Can't read and change data on this site" The extensions are enabled (turned on).

The 2 extensions are Malwarebytes Browser Guard and Video DownloadHelper I am using DuckDuckGo as my browser. I tried switching to Google, but same problem.

I contacted Microsoft Support for this issue and they sent me here.

My organization uses SharePoint Online. On our home page, we're using all native Microsoft web parts, and we're not pulling anything in (to our knowledge) from third parties. It's all content being pulled from resources in our in SharePoint Online environment.

When Firefox users go to our home page, it refreshes every few seconds. Sometimes 2-3 times and then it settles, but sometimes it's indefinitely and you just end up closing the browser. Microsoft had me run a trace and they told me that they found some weirdness with "Cloudflare" causing Firefox to load over and over. As far as I know, my organization doesn't do anything with Cloudflare. They couldn't really give me much else to go on. I'd never even heard of Cloudflare before this.

Does this sound legit or, is Microsoft passing the buck?

We are seeing this issue with multiple users, including myself. It ONLY happens with Firefox.

How do I download language data for translating on a machine that is not connected to the internet?

I already followed the instructions here to download an offline firefox installer: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release

and I downloaded the language packs I want here: https://releases.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/124.0/win64/xpi/

and I followed the instructions here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/deploying-firefox-language-packs

But translation still doesn't work. I even manually installed the "*.xpi" packs into the browser. I can see in Firefox's settings that it thinks the packs are installed, and it offers to translate pages it detects are in a different language, but translation fails. I noticed that the language packs are smaller than I would have expected - smaller than 1MB. Is there a way to download the language data that is needed for offline translations?

youtube audio library is not working in this mozilla firefox. When I play an aduio from youtube audio library , they show me a message which is (Audio track is unavailable). Other audio and YouTube video is woking perfectly. Please solve this issues.

I make frequent use of the Windows system-level keyboard shortcut Windows Logo button + M to go directly to the Windows desktop. Firefox does not respond to this keyboard shortcut by minimizing. How can I fix this? I already tried refreshing Firefox. This is a big enough issue to get me to abandon the browser, since I depend on keyboard shortcuts.

I play diggy's adventure when I select full screen the game stays the same size but at the top of the screen the bottom half is black, I tried on a different browser and it works ok.

I have a subscription to Global Cycling Network, to which I login using my Google account at https://plus.globalcyclingnetwork.com/login. The login web page has options to login using Google, Facebook, or Apple, but in a normal Firefox window, the buttons for using these logins never appear - I just get a whirling circle where the buttons should appear, and the page never completes loading. If I open the GCN login web page in a private FF window, the buttons appear and I can login without any problem. If I use Firefox Settings to clear all cookies and cached web data, then close and restart Firefox, I still can't login from a normal FF window.

I tried the Edge browser (OS is Windows 11) and login there works without problem

Any suggestions on a fix to get it working on Firefox? FF is presently version 119.0.1.

Every time I right click and select "Open Link in New Tab" Firefox is not opening this new tab next to the current tab. It instead moves this new tap to the end of all the tabs (of the current website). This is an annoying behavior, I have to go all the way to the end of the tabs to look at the name page that I just opened. How do I fix this behavior?

I recently took a hit from potential malware while looking for a owners manual. I now have a popup that looks like the one attached. It looks to be from Mozilla, but I can't be sure. Can you help with this?

How do I delete, remove, or otherwise disable that garbage "review checker" from the latest firefox update. It's useless, un-needed thing that I don't trust.

Hello, john warmer here, When any website opens in the Mozilla browser, it shows a "not supported" message. Upon checking the settings, I found that it indicates Mozilla needs an update. Can someone guide me on how to update Mozilla? For example i open (https://merlinai.org/) it shows error.

I am having an issue with Fidelity using Firefox. When I open their "Trade" drop down window, it is not functional. Also, when I click the "Replace" button on the open orders page, I get an Error message saying to try later.

I used Edge for these activities and all worked well. I talked to tech support at Fidelity and he said to contact Firefox.

Has anybody else had issues with Fidelity.com?

When I select a link in an email, it opens op Edge, rather than Firefox. This just started happening today. I have followed multiple options for making Firefox my default Browser, but nothing seems to work. I am using Windows 11 Home Addition. Thank You!

Help!!! After using this profile to sign in here to ask a question yesterday, upon restarting Firefox today it has deleted my entire login history, cookies and all passwords. However, when I go to recover these, the only default profile I can find when I do an "about:profiles" is one that is five years old.

I can literally no longer access any of the sites I use because al of the logins are gone.

Help! How do I get all my data back? My life is over if I cannot access any of my business sites, emails, Paypal, Amazon accounts or anything.
