Hello! Since the latest update to Firefox (153, I believe) my Firefox has not worked. It starts up perfectly fine, but quickly freezes, becomes non-responsive, and needs to be closed. No matter how many times I attempt to open it, the same thing occurs. There’s been been occasions where it hasn’t frozen immediately so I have been able to turn off hardware acceleration as well as remove my theme and disable all my add-ons/extensions, but this has done nothing. Creating a new profile does not help, nor does trying Safe Mode: the same thing happens no matter what. I tried to reinstall the update, but this also did nothing. I haven’t yet tried to uninstall & reinstall or do a Firefox refresh as those are my last resorts and I won’t do them unless I’m sure they’ll make a difference. I haven’t downloaded any new extensions recently, and this only started happening after the most recent update. I’m not sure what else I can try at this point, and am very frustrated.

I downloaded and installed the latest version of Firefox. Every email link in my mail.com email.com account now fails with this message: Error Code: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG No Firefox setting changes are helping, but if I forward that and other emails with a link to another mail account I have, they links work perfectly fine. So I ave to conclude it is a Firefox issue, but I don;t understand how to fix it. Can anyone advise me, please? [redacted] @writeme.com

How can I log into my account when Mozilla has locked it? You list no e-mail address, phone number, I have spent alot of time today trying to unlock my account? Why would I want to donate $ to Mozilla, when the customer service is so poor? My account username is [email address]. This is also my e-mail address. I would like to get my account unlocked so I can sync my passwords.

The new Pop Up in Firefox that asks me to choose how to open the link I want tosend to share with a relative, or a friend is driving me crazy. I'm 82 years old, I'm legally blind now and this new POP UP has to be disabled or eliminated somehow. I've searched instructions on YouTube and triedd under Privacy & Security, Permissions and disabled PopUps BUT The new Pop Up in Firefox is till functioning. Please may I give you permissiontoremove it in my account!!!! Please could you do thatforme because I'vetried every suggesion ad I can'tseemto disableit or removeit. I cannot get audio to play on the browser. I've gone into settings and the default says that audio should be on for all websites. However, Youtube, facebook, instagram, etc., won't play audio. Audio plays on other browsers (Chrome, Edge). what must I do to get audio working?

Two days ago I started my PC to discover a firefox update with an option to change my default firefox appearance by adding a wallpaper image. I have now decided that I want to remove that image, but I cannot find out how to do so.

Desktop and laptop--all upgraded with anti-virus software. Why does firefox randomly log me out of websites and delete my cookies--WITHOUT me doing anything? At work, my password book is at home--so being logged out is annoying and stressful Help me with telling me how to STOP being randomly logged out by firefox for no apparent reasons?? PLEASE!!!

The messages in the attached file and others started appearing on one of our computers today. They look like they are from Mozilla Firefox. They have URLs to click on. Are they real or some sort of hack? If a hack, I hope you can help me stop them from happening. Please respond to [redacted] and also [redacted from community support forum] THANKS!!!
