My old juno account is defunct. I want to keep my account using gmail address. I tried but Mozilla sends a code to my defunct juno account. Will I need to open a new account? Please send help to [email removed from public]

By mistake, I close a window with lots of opened tabs and can not get them back. In the past when this happened I went to history but now there's no available option in "recently closed windows".

Microsoft Edge Geolocation Issue

Since the release of Microsoft Edge versions 114.0.1823.37 and 114.0.1823.41, there have been numerous reported cases of geolocation issues resulting in players being unable to log in to Playnow.com. We recommend using an older version of Microsoft Edge (113.0.1774.57) or using another browser such as Chrome .

When watching something on Youtube and I click on the coloured download icon, I get to be able to click on the title of the video. A blue 1 appears in the download icon. When I click again, then click on the blue 1 to watch the download. Nothing happens. The window just sits there and states 'downloading', but it does not happen. This happened last year and you managed to fix it; now Youtube seem to have blocked downloading again. Geoffrey D Dean, Australia.

Hello Volunteers,

Ubuntu crashes while moving around a Firefox tab with a mouse, IF the mouse cursor goes thru the top bar of the laptop screen. I am using Firefox V 113.0.2, Build ID: 20230522193126 on Ubuntu 23.04. This could be an Ubuntu problem or a Firefox problem.

inbox displays the subject and date only of new emails ie NO message is shown nor any activity eg delete, forward etc. Double click on email and it is displayed in a new window

I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY ORIGINAL FIREFOX THUNDERBIRD BACK ON MY COMPUTER. I AM ELDERLY AND DO NOT WANT A LOT OF DIFFERENT ITEMS OR CHANGES. I HAD NO PROBLEM USING WHAT I HAVE HAD FOR YEARS !!!!!!!!!

When I use Firefox, Every. Single. Time. I log into gmail, all the instructions are in Chinese. If I just log out, default is Chinese. Do I need to change my email address? Gmail is my work email, also, and it doesn't happen with that account at work, but the default browser is Chrome.

Yes, I've repeatedly changed the language back to English. I have 2-step verification for logging in. I just changed my password, closed all browsers, reset trusted devices. Did not help. If I use Mozilla Firefox, when I type in gmail.com, my email addresses are in English; everything else is Chinese.

When using an email "button" on a website to contact the owner, the email composition box that pops up always fills in the From line with my iCloud email address. How do I change that (permanently) to a different account?

Is there any way to keep an older version of Firefox without its getting upgraded all the time? Version 99 only has a small header at the top, so there is still space on my screen to see the website I'm trying to see. The newer versions (100 and newer) take up too much space on my screen. Every site has its own headers, and so I am left with about an inch of working space. That's really not enough to see anything.

Is there a way to get the security updates without the new look? Is there a Firefox Light version available, with minimal headers and all? I prefer Firefox, and would love to keep it. Having to reinstall it (to get the older version back) several times a week is not good.

I'm trying to configure equipment on my local network. Some of the equipment does NOT support https. Firefox continuously changes the address http://192.168.xxx.xxx to https://192.168.xxx.xxx, and the connection fails!

I have tried the various options in HTTP Only Mode, including entering Exceptions. I have also temporarily changed network.trr.mode from 5 to 1 (and 0), but nothing is working!

What can I do?

In the last few days, I have noticed that a number of websites are throwing me SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP errors. Most websites, particularly more modern websites, seem to not have this issue. As some more professional examples, www.twitch.tv and www.dndbeyond.com throw this error. I have tried setting temporarily TLS version fallback limit and min to 0, with no change. I'm not really sure how to go about debugging what cyphers these websites do support and why they are throwing these errors. Any help on where to start would be greatly apprecaited.
