I purchased Mozilla VPN using a bad e-mail address and now have no access to the account to cancel it. The Mozilla window had a default e-mail address, so I used RNAlheid@mozila.com to sign up instead of my regular e-mail account. I would like to cancel my Mozilla VPN because I have no ability to download or use it because I can't access the wrong e-mail account.

I attempted to sign up for Mozilla VPN. I didn't realized that I had a FirefoxéMozilla account, so I followed the prompts to create an account. The creation of the account was successful, but no password was created. I assumed that the password would be established when I purchased and subscribe to the VPN service. I purchased the VPN and instructions were sent to the new account, but I can not access it.
The VPN sign procedure clearly says "create an account", so I entered new account information. So now, the VPN service was purchased with my credit card and the VPN setup instructions were sent the new account/ email which I can not access and I can't use the VPN.
I tried assigning my new account/email address to my secondary account, but am not permitted to do so. I am unable to generate and receive a new password for the account associated with the VPN because I do not have access to the new mozilla-hosted account.
Which of these solutions are possible? 1. Assign the VPN to my prior account. 2. Permit me to create a password for the new account 3. Receive a refund and start over from scratch

Hello, I have loved using Mozilla VPN! In July, my credit card ZIP code changed and this affected my Mozilla VPN payment. I did not notice in time, and now it appears that I do not have access to the "Paid Subscriptions" account tab to fix this problem and continue using Mozilla VPN. Is there any way I can fix this and resume my subscription? I was grateful to be continuing with the $5 a month plan, and see that would no longer be an option if I had to start a new subscription.

I've just subscribed to the VPN, but I can't log in. I get as far as inputting my email when a red box appears saying "missing parameter: email. This is the Gmail address I use for most things, and it is the one associated with my mozilla account, and I have received the confirmation emails for my subscription there too. It seems that I can't use the VPN and I can't cancel it either, as I have to do that from within the app itself. Any ideas anyone?

When I try to sign-up for Mozilla VPN, I enter my (a USA citizen) payment information, from a USA-based bank, using USA currency, from a PC located in the USA, using an ISP IP Address registered in the USA...I get the attached error. Furthermore, my account settings indicate that I logged into Mozilla VPN, but nothing ever installed and there is no indication that this service is running. I also never receive an e-mail or any kind of notification/explanation as to why my completely valid currency is not valid and what I might need to do to fix that.
I tried to sign up on both my Toshiba laptop and on a custom desktop PC that I built.
On a side note, the option to use PayPal does not appear, either.

My parents signed up for and downloaded Firefox VPN, and during installation realized they are still Windows 7. I plan to switch their machine to a Firefox FPN subscription since it should be fine on their machine. I'd just like to verify that they need to cancel/request refund for the VPN subscription, then sign up for the new FPN subscription - there is no way to 'switch' them?
