I can view the barnes and noble website but cannot log into my account. Upon entering my login and password, I receive the following error message:"An unexpected error has occurred. Please refresh your page and try again. If this problem persists, please contact customer support." I have contacted B&N support and been told the problem is not on their end and to use a different browser because the issue "must" be a Firefox issue.

As the title says, I was prompted to download and install the latest Thunderbird, I did, and on restart about 5 of my IMAP folders disappeared! I'm connection to the Apple iCloud, and everything has been working just fine until I did the update this AM. I have not changing any settings in ages.

How do I get them back?

Since last update I can't open email with the mail in Firefox. Says it is being redirected...please help

I discovered a week old email when querying my email account in a browser that was automatically marked as spam, but is not spam. Marked it as "no spam" and as "unread" and moved it back to the inbox. Then launched Thunderbird and after launching it I again force thunderbird to retrieve mails from all my accounts, but this mail was ignored by Thunderbird. Waiting for several hours and trying again doesn't help either.

What' wrong?

I lost all of my subfolders when updating to TB version 112.0b1 today. I have read a ton of articles and none seemed offer a solution (or least not a solution that worked or I could understand). It appears these missing folders are in the following folder: (C) > Users > AppData > Roaming > Thunderbird > Profiles > 3lqu3vu8.default > Mail > mail.comcast.net > Sent.sbd > Storage Folders.sbd > Inbox Storage.sbd The names and size of the subfolders seem to be a perfect match for what is missing. How can get this folders (or the information in these folders) back into the Inbox? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I'm attempting to print to my printer, a document from Google Doc but each time I select or hotkey the print function it prompts to download the page to PDF instead.

• Bulleted list item Sporadically it will print on some random sites, others it prompts to download PDF
• Bulleted list item My printer is setup correctly and set to default
• Bulleted list item Printing to my printer works on and on PC document as well as Chrome, IE, Edge every time
• Bulleted list item I have used the 'Clear saved print settings' in the Help section
• Bulleted list item I have changed default PDF applications to Firefox and other programs
• Bulleted list item I have reset browser, refreshed tabs, power cycled printer

All of these changed nothing. Firefox printer settings are few and far between, I was surprised for a basic and important function.

With Windows 10 autofill with Firefox never worked for me even though the appropriate options were checked. I recently upgraded to Windows 11 and it worked! So happy. But that was only for about 2 weeks. And then a couple of days ago it stopped working. (Maybe from a Firefox update??) It's really frustrating and tedious even with the passwords being filled automatically when I start the login process with the user name. Is there anything that can be done?

When I tried to cancel a PayPal automatic payment, the screen went to a white haze and locked up. I was able to cancel them in Chrome, but I’d like to know how to fix this in Firefox. TIA Bob Brown

I have used Firefox for a number of years and recently am having issues. I am not sure at this point if it is Firefox or Yahoo. I use Yahoo as my home page and my e-mail address. It keeps signing me out and then I cannot sign in without restarting the computer sometimes more than once. When Yahoo loads, it doesn't load the pictures, etc. that are normally to the left of the story headline. Facebook is the same way. I do have some add ons from Firefox and not sure if one of them is causing an issue. I cannot even talk to Yahoo as they will only help if you have a paid account - which I do not. I play some games on line and issues with those also. I really do not want to use Edge or anything else. I really like Firefox, but not sure what is going on. I have not changed any of my settings. Can someone please help me?

I recently installed a replacement Desktop computer and installed Thunderbird as is on my laptop. I Sync both machines. Under my old setup both Spam and Junk worked fine with Junk going to Junk folder and nothing to Spam that I remember. Now about 80% to 90% of incoming mail goes to Spam folder on both machines and I can't find any way to fix it. No settings for Spam. 1) I have entered good mail addresses into my address book in both computers. 2) I have selected Not Junk for all good mail on both machines several times. Can't find a way to select Not Spam. 3) Windows 11 on desktop & Windows 10 on Laptop. Still no improvement and most mail going to Spam. Would it help to turn off Sync? Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated as I would really like to stay with Thunderbird if I can. Currently I am checking my Spam folder before the Inbox.

I receive an email with attachments. I click the button on the right side, and an other window opens, where I can choose the MAP in which the downloads can be storred. My question/problem is about THAT window. Normally I can make a window bigger or smaller. THIS window is ALWAYS big, whatever I do, and I know how to make it smaller. With the arrow on an outside line, or on a corner or on the small stripes, but nothing works.

Who knows a solution or can someone check this and solve this?

Thb 102.9.0 64bits on Windows 10. I had the same problem also with earlier version of Thb.

I can't paste text into emails (msn.com) anymore when I use Firefox. What gives? I ran tests with Microsoft and it works fine on Chrome & Edge--only problem is with Firefox. Please help

The delete button is not deleting the selected messages. I have to restart Thunderbird to get it to work and it only functions a few times and then stops. At times you have to hold it down for a few seconds before thunderbird realizes you actually pressed it. I have tried deleting the trash folder as a previous link suggested and it only worked for a few minutes and wasback to its non functional behaviour Selecting an individual message and performing "right-click and delete" will work but even the delete key in the computer is not being recognized. I have version 102.9.0 running on Windows 10 Pro

I'm using Thunderbird, and I've noticed that sometimes when I click an email, nothing happens - I get a blank email. Most other emails work fine and will load in correctly. I've tried restarting Thunderbird and fetching new emails, but it doesn't solve the problem. Any ideas?

Thunderbird announced that it needed to update. Windows also wanted to update. I shut down Thunderbird and I allowed Windows to update (KB5023696). When I opened Thunderbird (after the restart), it invited me to set up my accounts, which was very strange, as I had two active accounts. I don't understand what this might mean, but the inability to load "last_modified.json" seems bad.
