I play a game on Facebook - and i go to it from a link in my email - but today it says your browser does not support WebGL - this happened a month ago but I forget how it got fixed. :-(

it worked yesterday - and I checked for Firefox updates and it is up to date

why does this keep happening every so often?

what can I do to fix it?

Sporadically over the past year, a virus warning, purportedly from Apple, has locked my FireFox screen. I must Force Quit to unlock FoxFire. See images. Is this a scam?

I've been trying to move my Thunderbird data (148.0) from a Win10 to a Win11 machine. I've meticulously followed both the methods outlined at http://mzl.la/1ApHiU3. I have copied my original profiles.ini from the ...AppData\Roaming folder to that location on the new machine, then corrected the drive locations in the file (see attached profiles.ini image). (yes, the correct "j4sqsccb.XXXXXXX" folder is copied to the new installation's root: a bulky several-GB)

In order to try to replicate my original computer's admittedly-awkward installation from long ago, I have added the suffix " -p -no-remote" to the desktop icon's Target field. And on startup, the new T-bird does properly show my original profiles in the Select panel - even though I only ever used the one that functioned correctly, identified as 1 in the profiles.ini file (see Choose User Profile image, IDs X'ed-out).

However, on selecting that profile on the Win11 machine, Thunderbird just takes me to the account setup screen, as if it's unable to locate or load the account settings for that profile.

I'm only doing this clunky method of copying-over out of ignorance; I'd be very happy to simplify the mess I'd created decades ago with my original installation. OR if you think I'm better off wiping all evidence of past installations to start from a clean install, I'll be happy to do that. Please let me know if you need additional info I've failed to provide here!

Also adding images of my ...Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles folder and Installs.ini file, just in case!

I have a Chromebook c214ma with a Intel Celeron 4020 with 4 GB ram every single browser on my machine works properly just Firefox keeps closing and crashing

   Just today I received this error code when trying to sync with my Outlook account in TB. It tells me that anything under v.16.1 will not work. In the account settings it only allows me to choose from v.2.5 & 14, no 16. How do I update to ver.16?

My sound does not work when using Firefox. But when I switch to the troubleshooting mode in the "Help" menu, the sound works normally. I did not make any changes to sound settings. Sound was fine last night and did not work when I woke the computer up this morning. I am using Windows 11. Going from troubleshooting mode back to normal mode causes the sound to stop working again.

I need help setting my passwords in Mozilla and Firefox. I'm also confused as to what is the difference between the 2 entitities. If there is anyone to guide me would be appreciated.

I have just downloaded NordPass Password Manager. I think I have added an extension for this in Firefox, but I can't tell if it has been successfully added.

Thunderbird--All of my current year INBOX emails disappeared. I have tried repairing the folder, deleting INBOX.msf and restarting including in troubleshooting mode, reinstalled Thunderbird. None of these actions changed the situation. Is it possible to retrieve these messages?

The INBOX folder is much larger than the INBOX.msf folder, so I'm thinking the message info is in there?

When watching a video on a platform and the video needs to load, instead of pausing to load then play it once again, it doesn't stop, making the video audio sound so glitchy that you can't understand it

The latest Firefox update installed itself upon opening Firefox. It did not include my personalization. Specifically: - The color scheme was changed to from white to purple making the screens hard to read. - The right side window that had my bookmarks sorted into folders has disappeared. So, how do I get my color scheme and book marks menu back?

When attempting to access Shortcuts from Firefox iOS there are now additional steps to get to the site than before the last update. Now a user must click in the address bar which then shows the favorites the user has available. The next step is to depress on the favorite you want to access but you must hold the depressed icon to wait for options to appear. Within those options one would choose Open in new tab which then creates a popup that must be clicked reading “switch tab.” Only when these steps are followed just as laid out will a user gets to the favorite website they want. Try it yourself and then follow my directions as per my screenshots. Can’t upload all pics
