Win 10 OS was updated. Hotmail.com no work BUT outlook.live.com works to access Hotmail. WHY?

Win 10, v22H2, OS was just updated.

Hotmail.com can no longer be accessed properly, displays error message, Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead. If one accepts the security risk, one can then proceed to Hotmail.

BUT outlook.live.com takes you directly to Hotmail.

Why??

Is MS trying to make me change email services??
