I have looked at some answers but they dont make sense

Dear Dropa It is a win 10 PC with Outlook email

When I click on a link from a Cunard email I get this response

"We can’t connect to the server at cunard.msgfocus.com."


I have tried it on an ipad and through MS Explorer and get the same result. I have told Cunard that it must be at their end.

Needless to say no reply from them.
