Unable to complete Mozilla VPN app complete setup

I just purchased Mozilla VPN, but I'm unable to complete the Mozilla VPN setup. Looked at other community posts on this, and my issue is similar to "drbackspin" 1/31/21.

The app is installed, and click the "Get Started" button, and I successfully "Sign in", and see the message: "Please return to the Mozilla VPN app to complete setup", but I don't seem to have that functionality.

Found another post from "gaguilera" 2/4/21, advising to uninstall any other VPN clients, as well as the Mozilla VPN, and reinstall. I followed the outlined steps, perfectly, but I'm having the same problem.
