Hi there, There were two open discussions and changes that were announced and talked about at the SF All Hands that I would like to share with you and with community builders. I did not get to spend to much time in talking about either of these, so I wanted to highlight them for you since it affects Mozilla and the Mozilla Community as a whole.
The first is the new Participation Guidelines. These were announced and published in May 2017 and there was a brown bag on the subject in Air Mozilla, links below: [Please reach out to guigs or vesper or madalina if you cannot view the video and we can get you an NDA]

The second is Mitchell's World View principle Installation, I would love to see a discussion about thoughts from the community around this.

- The installation was a result of the open discussion that Konstantina posted about in discourse here: https://discourse.mozilla-community.org/t/mozillas-worldview/14320
