While submitting online forms for opting out of data brokers getting the following error: Invalid Turnstile captcha response. Using Windows 10 and latest Firefox, tried putting Firefox in Troubleshooting Mode which runs without extensions and searched for online solutions, but no help.

What did you try so far?

Do you have content blocking extensions?

You can check for issues with Enhanced Tracking Protection and Total Cookie Protection. Firefox shows a purple shield instead of a gray shield at the left end of the location/address bar in case Enhanced Tracking Protection is blocking content.

  • click the shield icon for more detail and possibly disable the protection

You can check the Web Console for relevant-looking messages like about blocked content.

Yes, Do have content blocking extensions, disabled all extensions by restarting into Troubleshooting Mode. Clicked on the shield, left of the address bar, disabled Enhanced Tracking Protection, and cleared cookies and site data as well. Still getting the invalid turnstile captcha response. The shield was always gray color.

Copy/pasted an excerpt of the console message after pressing the submit button on the form.

SyntaxError: JSON.parse: expected double-quoted property name at line 1 column 151 of the JSON data Reporting Header: invalid JSON value received. 1070944850 AbortError: Actor 'Conduits' destroyed before query 'RuntimeMessage' was resolved 3 ConduitsParent.sys.mjs:383
