Hi, I installed the latest iOS update yesterday and afterwards my firefox was mush. I tried reinstalling it already. The symptoms are as following: - can no longer use my 1password extension - YouTube and LinkedIn doesn't load at all anymore - For my agency tool Moco I can see most of the page but the menu is totally hidden to me...

Anyone any ideas what is happening?

On my Mac (High Sierra), I can't make Tab font larger even after using jscher's great fix using about:config and devp. It worked beautifully on Linux Mint (Firefox 103) but not on Mac with Firefox 115. Will be 80 in July. Want to fix this soon . . . ha!

On Mac OS 14.4 Firefox hangs on launch and crashes, requiring "Force Quit" when I try to Refresh or Troubleshoot. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, and restarted computer several times. Have spent several hours trying multiple community suggestions to now avail.

I am not a programmer, but am able to follow instructions. I clearly need someone to hold my hand and walk me through the solution. (I even checked out the Kaspersky suggestion, but cannot install it because Firefox cannot connect to the Internet.)

I have downloaded and saved "Raw Data.docx" and "Application Basics tex.docx" from one of the crash reports.

P.S. On this question form Firefox guessed that my operation system was Mac OS x 10_15_7, but it is 14.4

Recently switched to Firefox, and while it's great, I have a HUGE problem with the tiny bookmark window. I went through the process outlined in this old thread, but nothing changed: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1242670#search

On my phone, both passwords from Firefox and iCloud auto fill into my browser, but on Mac I do not see anything besides the Firefox ones. I keep my most up-to-date passwords in iCloud, but would love to use auto fill in Firefox as I am not a fan of Safari. Is there a way to set this up?

Hi there, Zoom meetings used to open via the Firefox browser (e.g., you get a zoom invite via email, click on the link, it opens a page in firefox that says "Launch Meeting." But now it doesn't work. Nothing happens. Why? At one point Firefox put up a message that asked me to choose something and I did, and after that, it never worked again.

I can get into my zoom meetings using their meeting number and password through the zoom app, but it's more convenient to just click on their link in emails and open it within the browser.

Help please. Thanks in advance. I am using MacOS HighSierra 10.13.6, i cannot go any higher on this older mac. Firefox version is 115.7.0 esr

By the way, this version of Firefox allows me to use the internet without messages from websites telling me my browser needs upgrading. For ex., google chrome browser will not update anymore on HighSierra and my banking website and others do not perform properly with Chrome. But they are ok with Firefox. So thanks for this.

I don't think "Tabs" is the right topic, but maybe it's the best of the choices since "Other" isn't an option.

I have an email with a link to a monthly newsletter, which should take me to February's issue. When I click on, or copy/paste, the link, I end up with the January issue. When I copy/paste in Chrome and Safari, I get the February issue. The newsletter people suggested clearing my cache/cookies in Firefox, but that didn't help. No matter how I try to navigate to the newsletter in Firefox, I get to January. I have tried everything I can think of, and still get the January issue in Firefox, while that same link gets me the February issue in Safari and Chrome.

I'm using Firefox 122.0.1, on a MacBook Pro (Sonoma 14.2.1).

I'd appreciate any ideas you might have!

Using a Macbook Air. Have gotten to the point that I don't want to update Firefox as every time I do, more websites do not work at all. MSN News has been messed up for months, so I cannot even use with Firefox--it used to be my homepage--now I can only use it on Chrome.

That is annoying but I can deal with it. BUT--there are bank websites that cannot be signed into at all using Firefox. Will not allow login--simply will not allow anything to be typed into the user id or password fields--just bizarre. Chrome works fine with the same websites. Not sure what is going on with Firefox. I prefer it to Chrome but if I can't log in to bank sites--it's really bad. I've used Mozilla browsers always--since inception, and dealt with all the issues from the updates, but whatever they've done now has rendered Firefox almost useless.

Since the last update of Firefox, I now have to right-click and select "alway Show" the Bookmarks Toolbar. Then it disappears when I go to a site!!! Please tell me this is a glitch and you'll fix it soon because the toolbar always shiowes uder the search bar and this right-click-select is really anoying. See screenshot. Not exactly a tab, however the last web page viewed when the prior session of Firefox was closed, auto loads next to the first tab upon starting Firefox again. This is the white checkmark on maroon circle in the upper left of the image. I went directly to settings using my opening tab. Have been through all settings multiple times turning things on and off and cannot figure out how to get rid of this feature of loading the last page used as a clickable icon (icon from page, such as the Home Depot icon would appear there instead of the Intuit checkmark if I had last been on the Home Depot site). How do I get rid of this auto-load?

Currently running on Firefox version 123.0.1 and IOS 12.7.3.

I recently replaced the battery in my macbook pro which required a refresh of Firefox.

Now when printing from the browser the labels all print 3x5.

All of my settings are correct and when I save my labels as a pdf they print just fine.

Before the battery swap labels printed from the browser just fine. Labels show reduced formatting in print preview.

Need some help here please.

I use Zenfolio for my photography business. It is running very slow from log in to using the site for my business. This is the only site that I am having problems with. They do not see anything on their side that could be causing any issues. I am having this on any browser that I use but prefer Firefox so not worried about those.

I have cleared all history, I have deleted the original bookmark, I use MacKeeper but have checked with them to see if that might be the issue, I am not sure what else could be impacting the site. I need to try to find a fix or I will have to move my website somewhere else which means a complete rebuild.

Any ideas?

Facebook will not load on my Macbook pro anymore.

I've been using Facebook on my Mac for many years, no problems.

About 2 months ago, it stopped loading: "Gah, your tab crashed."

I went through all the self-help tips, clearing add-ons etc, clearing cache, making sure Firefox and IOS are up to date, etc., nothing works.

I've now migrated to Safari but miss Firefox.

I have not been able to highlight and copy ~ even prior to the most recent update.

Even using control/ does not work.

Really hating this.
