Every time I use Firefox instead of saying United States at the bottom it's United Kingdom. How do I change this to show that I'm in the States rather than in the UK? I'm using the latest version for Windows 10 which is Version 111. There are sites that are blocked due to it erroneously showing that I'm in the UK not the US...

A lot of the images appear broken, see the images attached(left is FireFox, right is Chrome) Only happens with Mozilla browsers, nighty, beta, regular, I've tried them all Reinstalled countless times Hope that someone will help me with this

I have installed the Multi-Account Containers add-on. When I right-click on a link on a page, I am missing the Firefox Multi-Account Containers element shown in the Multi-Account Containers KB article (see attached screenshot KBContextMenu.png).

My context menu looks like the attached screenshot MyContextMenu.png.

1. Has the Multi-Account Containers add-on been updated, and the KB article needs to be revised?
2. Is there a setting that I need to do to show this context meny element?

When I open "Extensions" (about:addons) by clicking the Extensions icon, I want it to start on my own extensions, not Recommendations. How can I make "Extensions" open to the actual Extensions tab? Or can I remove the "Recommendations" tab entirely?

I already saw [to remove 'Recommendations' tab in about:addons]. But about:config

 extensions.htmlaboutaddons.recommendations.enabled = false

only removes recommendations from the Extensions tab. And adding

 extensions.getAddons.showPane = false

does not work, the Recommendations tab is still there.

Hi, I received this error message today-- error: platform version '111.0.1 is not compatible with minVersion >= 111.0 maxVersion <= 111.0

I tried restarting my machine. Same error so I tried to do a refresh of Firefox and I got the same error before the refresh started. So I tried to uninstall and it won't unistall...gets the same error message.

If I want to do a 'clean' install of MS Windows - Windows 11 Pro v 22H2 (Build 22621.1485) - where are FF's sttings stored & how do I restore them after the re-install?

i used jeffersonscher to get all my tabs back from by old session but i restarted my pc and the session store jsonlz4 file got changed with a new one that didn't have all the tabs i previously had on it. When i did the restoring my jsonlz4 file was at 1:08am but when i accidentally restarted my pc it now is saying 2:31am and all the tabs that i have restored so far are on it but not the ones i haven't restored are not.

So is there a way to be able to get that old jsonlz4 file back so that i can restore all the tabs that i used to have.

Please help.

Trying to open kossyderrickent.com I was suspicious of its safety. I was offered the option shown in the attachment. Is this legitimate? I am not familiar with the site and I think it may be unsafe. Pls advise.

Hello, With Windows 11, the Marquee Tag don't work correctly with Firefox . Nevertheless the tag work in MsEdge or Chrome .

Remark: Under Windows 10, Firefox run Marquee Tag correctly . The version is the same .

Zoom.us renewed their DigiCert Global G2 TLS RSA SHA256 2020 CA1 certificate on 03/31/2023 and I now get a persistent error message (Error Code 6: ... certificate is not trusted.

Since then Zoom has not worked for me and their Artificial Intelligence says to open my browser and check my internet connection, time settings, updates, reinstall everything etc. - the usual responses ...

Zoom responds with "Error code: 6" and/or "Error code: 100068000"

 but do not stipulate whether these are Zoom Error codes or certificate error codes.

The Artificial Intelligence insinuation is that FireFox is not trusting this certificate.

Is this something FireFox can help me with? Perhaps, how to make this certificate "trusted"?

hello guys I need help with this problem in firefox developed edition

Specifically, when I use the Inspector panel to inspect elements on a webpage, the selected elements are outlined with a blue border instead of being filled with color. This is making it difficult for me to visualize the layout and styling of the elements, and I would prefer to have them filled with color instead.

I have tried to find a solution on my own by searching online, but have not been able to find a clear answer. Could you please advise me on how to change the settings in Firefox Developer Edition so that the Inspector panel highlights elements with a fill color instead of just an outline?

So this started recently and I'm not sure if I did something to toggle this by accident or not, but recently when I've started dragging the web address into my favorites bar to add to my favorites, the favorites bar won't save the page's title, and instead will only save the web address itself. I'm not sure if I'm explaining very well, but I'm including a screen shot of what I mean; if I click on the star and add to favorites, then the web page's title will show up, but not if I just drag the address in. I find this personally frustrating, and I was wondering if I had accidentally toggled something? You can see the difference between the two in the screencaps I've posted.

I have different login forms on different sub domains so I always get a huge lists of different logins. and also I get my password for the basic auth from the web-server on my login form.

I also consider this as a security risk when different sub domains belong to different parties and I accidentally put my password into the wrong form.

Can I config Firefox the way that I get only passwords in the list that match the exact url or at least the (sub)domain?

Another Question As a Web-developer can I do something that my client don't experience such a mess (like giving the login form a special id so passwords are restricted do this particular form.

When i try to play videos on YouTube or other websites the video will only play a few frames and then stop.

I have tried going into troubleshoot mode but it did not help. I am using Linux.

For the past couple of days I have been unable to send, save or discard Emails. I can do this in Microsoft Edge or on my iphone or ipad, so it can only be a Firefox problem.

We used to be able to organize our extension buttons and icons in the toolbar, beside the address bar. However, I just updated Firefox and can no longer show these icons on the toolbar. Instead, they're hidden in the Extensions menu (with the puzzle-piece icon)

This is annoying.

There are some extensions I use many times a day, like my password manager. Is there a way to move my extension/plugin buttons back to the toolbar?

Hello, ever since I upgraded to version 112 I've noticed that Firefox is using up a lot of my ram. I currently have 32 GB installed, Firefox is using almost all of it making other Programs almost unusable. Because of this I now have to restart Firefox, but this is only a temporary fix

In task manager it shows that its only using ~1.6 GB (which is normal) but overall usage is at 90%, in process explorer it shows that Firefox is taking up 30 GB

To troubleshoot I've looked at both about:performance and about:memory but nothing looks out of the ordinary, they just show a normal usage. Clicking on "minimize memory usage" didn't do anything. Restarting my computer also didn't help
