I do not recall if I have registered before or not. So, I just reregistered. My problem today is while replacing the monitor an error occurred. We had to start up in "safe mode" and restore to an earlier point. However, MY Firefox "blew up." I found a folder called "Old Firefox Data" on my Desktop. Can it be used to restore my bookmarks, favorites, theme, etc.? If so can you give me the procedure to do so?

Yes it can, that folder is created when you "Reset Firefox" from the about:support page.
- Restore bookmarks, passwords, and data from an old Firefox profile
- Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings
In the "Old Firefox Data" Folder, there is a profile name with skewed numbers and letters as the title. Each has a date, look for the date with the most closest time you would like to restore from. First make a back up of the current profile folder, and then copy that file from the "Old Firefox Data Folder" into the Profile Folder. More information on this is in the First article above.
