Hi Priscilla, sorry to hear that. Could you add what is the website you're facing issues with?

Online Pay: Go to the Citi Homepage and enter your User ID and Password. Select Your Card: Navigate to your accounts overview and click on your credit card. Click Make a Payment: Choose the "Make a Payment" option from your account details. Enter Details: Select your payment amount (Minimum Payment, Statement Balance, Current Balance, or a custom amount). Add Source: Pick your linked checking or savings account (or link a new external bank account using your routing and account numbers). Schedule & Confirm: Select the payment date, review the details, and click "Submit".

Mobile App Pay:

Open the Citi Mobile App on your smartphone. Tap Your Card: Select the specific credit card you wish to pay. Tap Make a Payment: Press the primary payment button on the screen. Confirm details: Input your payment amount, select your funding bank account, choose a date, and submit.

You could also just call Citi customer service at 1-800-950-5114 to pay through the automated system.

Hope that helps!

Is that citi.com ? Do you still get the bad request message? Do you see it when you try to log in with other browsers as well?

The error message is in the other thread: support.mozilla.org/questions/1593806

Thanks jbr! Since there is another question about this, I will close this one as duplicate and continue the conversation there.
