Can't access LinkedIn account

I have always accessed my LinkedIn account on Firefox. Suddenly today, my PW does not work, and my email address for PW reset does not return a PW reset link. Cleared cache without success. I can access LinkedIn on Chrome. Can you suggest what I have done to my Firefox to cause this? Thanks!

Hi

Have you had incorrect credentials stored in Firefox that do not match the accurate credentials you have stored in the other browser?

No, the stored credentials are correct, but I did retype them to be sure. My current work around is to forward any messages that I need LinkedIn for to my gmail account. Not convenient, but it gets me in. Thanks

Try this: Open Firefox and navigate to the LinkedIn login page. Click the Padlock Icon located on the far left side of the address bar (where the URL is typed). Click Clear cookies and site data... at the bottom of the drop-down menu. A popup will ask you to confirm removing cookies and site data for LinkedIn. Click Remove.

Hope that helps!

Thanks for the suggestion. I don't have a padlock on L side of the address bar- just a "verified by Norton" icon. Checked in private window and not private window.

Norton's security can interfere with LinkedIn's security platform — would you be able to unload, exclude or disable your Norton suite for a bit to test without it?
