a website (e.g. olivegarden.com) automatically redirects to the country-specific website
I am trying to browse a particular website (olivegarden.com), but it automatically redirects me to the country-specific website (olivegarden.ca). I have tried it on different browsers but I get the same result. It does not do it for Amazon or other websites for example. When I use a VPN, I have no problem accessing the .com website. Do I need to adjust the settings on Firefox or is this an issue with Olive Garden? I have reached out to them but so far they are unable to help me.

If they insist on serving country–specific sites without being able to override that, and you can work around it using VPN, than that's it. Other options would be getting a mobile data plan from another country and connecting using that, or using a proxy that's in that country.
Some less stubborn ones might just be inferring the version served from your content localization preference for your convenience, see Choose display languages for multilingual web pages how that translates into requests — so as far as browser configuration comes into play, you can signalize preference for en-US content instead of en-CA if that's in your list.
