All other credit cards, banks, finance, etc. accounts sign on fine. I deleted my "saved" Chase sign on in "tools" and tried setting up the Chase account from scratch but it didn't have any result. Running W-10 with latest updates. Called Chase and was not comfortable with their response. Since it's a long holiday weekend (4th July) I will call them again on Monday to see if I can get someone else with more knowledge at Chase support. Any help from you guys would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Do you get any specific error results from them?

Does it perhaps look like the screen shots captured in bugzilla.mozilla.org/2039414 …?

I contacted Chase again and the agent gave me another 8 digit pass code and told me to click on the "already have pass code" button. I put the additional pass code in and my account came up. Supposedly, my desktop became unrecognizable to Chase and the above action changed that. Don't know why all my other accounts did not have the same problem ?? So, for now it seems I'm back to normal as too being able to access all of my different accounts with other cards and institutions. Thanks again for your help.

It's usually a mixup on their side — I've heard the same once or twice before and getting their representative help you circumvent this "unrecognized device" was always the most effective course of action. Glad to hear you're unblocked!
