Opening tab list on Firefox Android takes several seconds

For some reason, opening the tab list on Firefox and Firefox Beta on Android takes 4+ seconds and it's very annoying. This is on a completely fresh install of Firefox with literally no changes or tabs. It doesn't matter how many tabs I have. It takes about the same amount of time with 0 tabs or 100. This didn't use to happen with Firefox versions from over a year ago. There's something about the new method that caused this for me. I'm on Android 10 on a Galaxy Note 9. Nothing else (meaningful) running in the background or anything.
