Firefox doesn't have a 100% free, built-in global VPN right out of the box. You might be thinking of the Firefox Private Network extension (which is currently limited to the US) or the paid Mozilla VPN service. Additionally, these features only show up if your browser is logged into a Firefox Account and you are located in a supported country. Just a quick question. What region are you connecting from?
