Hello, Here is a way to recover a lost Mozilla account : If you have a recovery key, you can use it to recover your account. If not, you can find your old firefox data by going into this filepath (on windows)

Main profile holder: C:\Users\<YourUsername>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\ Other data storage: C:\Users\<YourUsername>\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\
