My ATT email account will not open. ATT sent me to you after I tried all their fixes (password change, etc.) All other websites work.

Is this the problem where you are trying to get to AT&T mail on Yahoo, but you get stuck on AT&T's site?
In past threads, this was linked to something DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials was doing on one or both of the two sites. https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1505954
If you use that extension, see whether you can create an exception for either or both of the sites.
