I am using a Radeon 7600 GPU 8MB.  and Win 10 latest on Dell 7020 desktop.  where should I start?

bought app (Gold) flightradar24 for Win 10. seems to freeze after loading an airport, no map can be displayed. Apparently can't find WebGL2.
