Hi Oliver, could you check the following article and see whether this matches up with the problem you're seeing:

My sign in was blocked for security reasons on Mozilla account

I have the same problem, none of the above works and customer support is auto generated. Same warning after receiving authorization codes on email and typing them in. I'm pissed cus I did nothing wrong and they just locked me out of nowhere and I can't log back into Firefox. Not even with Google account, and resetting Firefox doesn't help. Can anybody help?
