Firefox is just a browser it has no email server for anyone to make a personal email address.

How do we create a email address with Firefox or does Firefox not have email address to create?

Mozilla the makers of the Firefox web browsers does not have any email service options for the general public.

They do manually provide *@mozilla.org email address to people who work for Mozilla in a capacity that warrants one though they have to give it up when they leave Mozilla.
