Hi! I am trying to have a biometric authorization with touch ID on Mac, and it says on the website that the option should pop up when i go to the password settings, but it doesn't, and I don't know how to do it otherwise, or if I should use an extension for example. I find this feature very useful to keep my infos private! Thank you in advance and have a good day!

Biometric must be in the Browser setup prior for this to work if the browser doesn't support this then this will not work. What is the website that says this that is Firefox? Web searches doesn't indicate Firefox has this feature and it comes from the O/S itself.

That article is about using Biometrics on a mobile device running iOS, as such devices support this kind of authorization.

This is still not supported on desktop devices.

iOS is the mobile OS used on iPhones and older iPads as newer ones uses the similar iPadOS.

Mac's uses macOS as the OS.
