'''No problem on my computer .. so it is either something in her Thunderbird or the server and reaction to her email address. All settings on hers are same as mine. Tried to get access to emails to save them ...won't work until the server becomes active. The server problem comes and goes .. and resulted from the Verizon/AOL transfer. She is using Thunderbird 91.02
