What about the rest of your profile? Settings, bookmarks, history, passwords . . . .

Are you using a password manager add-on/program?

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Everything else is there. history, bookmarks. only the passwords have disappeared. I use a firefox sync account with passwords. they disappeared from one moment to the next. safe mode did not help thank you very much
