How do I remove WebIDE?

In about:config I have zapped all the strings and changed all the switches to false where there is a webide in the variable name. Is there anything else I can do get rid of it and keep it from regenerating?

What do you mean with remove?

WebIDE is a built-in component and you can disable it by setting devtools.webide.enabled to false. I'm not seeing the WebIDE item in the Tools menu with the devtools.webide.enabled pref set to false.
