How do I stay signed in when I close & reopen Firefox later? When I was looking at topics to participate in at support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions it asks to sign in….but wouldn’t accept the stored username and password I’ve had for a long time, & when I tried getting a new password sent via email, …well I never received an email! * (& no....it's not in the junk or spam folder .."This folder has no messages...") So I sent a new email to support@mozilla.com, which gets bounced back, ….the reply includes this “….visit the Mozilla Support website at https://support.mozilla.org/..... & ironically from that link it already had my same stored username and password filled out, & that worked, as I’m using it now! So there must be a solution for all users trying to get help… why won’t Firefox accept the same stored username and password? & if that fails….then why aren’t the username and password recovery emails being sent?
