Bought Mozilla VPN and nothing has turned up. NOTHING.
I bought Mozilla VPN a month ago, and nothing has turned up.
How do I get a refund of my money?
Then I can buy StartPage VPN.
Firefox is really going downhill.

This kb article shows how to download Mozilla VPN app on your desktop or mobile device. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-download-mozilla-vpn-your-desktop-or-mobile
Since you subscribed to Mozilla VPN, if you need further help there should be a contact form link on the Mozilla VPN KB article page.
The Firefox web browser and the Mozilla VPN app are completely separate so what does the Firefox web browser has to do in this case?.
It involves Firefox because I searched for VPN on the browser, and it came up with its owner, Mozilla. Is that a response you can be satisfied with?
I have paid my money to Mozilla, I had one text message that the activation method be arriving within FIVE DAYS. I have had nothing IN A MONTH. Is it down to the typical YENGHI treatment of non-Americans?

They've told you to wait for an activation method? Unbelievable. Did you try signing in to the app?

Again the subscription based "Mozilla VPN" app and the free to use Firefox web browser are competently separate applications. The are both made by Mozilla yes.
As I said since you paid for the Mozilla VPN you can go to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/products/mozilla-vpn or one of the Mozilla VPN kb articles and it should have a contact form link for direct ticket support on the page. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/what-mozilla-vpn-and-how-does-it-work
It is time to switch from Windows to LINUX MINT. And from everything American to everything European or Chinese.
Never trust anyone who types "if you need further help there should be a contact form". "SHOULD BE" is not any sort of help. On my techie sites, we never post "Should Be". We check first.

WHAT would I sign in with? They have never communicated anything. Typical American service. Abysmal.
MAGA = ?
You've managed to sign in here. These are the same credentials.

It seems like you are not getting this simple thing. You are posting for help for the "Mozilla VPN" app in the forum section meant for desktop Firefox support only. I'm trying to steer you to where to get help with Mozilla VPN. Mozilla has recently made it so people who have a Mozilla VPN subscription on their Mozilla Account are they only ones who can see and use the direct ticket contact form. This was likely done to minimize people trying to use that form to get support for the new built-in VPN feature in Firefox 149.0 when they are to post in the desktop Firefox support section.
Mozilla Monitor used to have a Plus version that was subscription based so Mozilla provided support by direct ticket support. Since Mozilla Monitor Plus has shutdown back on Dec 17 and Mozilla recently stopped direct ticket support and now has a Mozilla Monitor community section. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/monitor?show=all
Mozilla's subscription based products have a direct ticket support system instead of providing a section for that product on this community support forum.
Also another way to get direct support for Mozilla VPN is if you look on top for "Ask a Question > Mozilla VPN" you should get linked to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/mozilla-vpn form to get direct ticket support. People who do not have a Mozilla VPN subscription on their Mozilla Account will get redirected to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/firefox
The Mozilla VPN app and this support.mozilla.org site uses the Mozilla Account system. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/access-mozilla-services-firefox-account#w_what-services-can-i-use-with-a-mozilla-account
Your Welcome.
edit: even more ways to get Mozilla VPN support and refund information is in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-can-i-contact-support-my-mozilla-vpn-app https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-request-refund-mozilla-vpn
