I have a tab at top of desktop, says sandrapiccoloo494sent you a message - I don't know her - how do I get rid of it?
I have a desktop with the tabs across the top that indicate the last site visited - for about two days I have a flashing tab that says sandrapiccoloo494 has sent you a message - I do not know any such person and don't want to get in touch with her - I want the tab to go away - any suggestions?

It did not work, I went to tools and cleared cookies and caches but sandrapiccoloo464 is still flashing at me on the tabs
-> Restore the default home page
-> Now, Set a single web site as your home page

Disable Yahoo Messenger in your Yahoo Mail account.
Use the arrow on the right of your account name to go offline or sign out.

I'm so frustrated - I tried to sign in to yahoo Mail but cannot find the Chat and Mobile Text section- when I click on the black arrow next to Mail it does not offer me the choice of available, busy or invisible - I have seen those options before but I cannot find them on my toolbar now.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode and check if Yahoo Mail is working while you are in the Safe Mode.

I finally clicked on the exclamation point after looking around on my screen for hours for the right place and clicked "invisible" and "take me off of messaging" and it finally stopped. thanks for trying to help me
