Firefox Audio stutters on Tab Load

Muntjac

Video example

This happens with YouTube and anything else as well. Generally doesn't do it with regular Searches, it's becoming extremely annoying to me because of the audio "catching" you can hear happening here. This only happens with Firefox, I tried Edge and everything works as expected. Windows 11. Also downloaded Waterfox and the same bug replication is happening. Completely flummoxed. Nothing else is having this issue. Audio stutters noticeably whenever I'm loading most webpages. Opening and scrolling Twitter is another example.

Any ideas or things I can try?

Edit: I've tried downloading Opera as well and no audio catching, tried Edge, redownloaded Chrome (for a brief moment) to double check it, literally Firefox (and Waterfox, so a Firefox-base) is the only one having this issue. Really don't want to use any of these browsers instead.
