I account of many, cannot show subfolders except Inbox

PRELUDE: I have Thunderbird (TB) Version 152.0.1 (64-bit)

I have 45+ email addresses, some at various different domains, 8 (was 10 yesterday) Email accounts with Shaw that was taken over by Rogers. It's been a nightmare. I now have TB working almost as it should, and am use to but, one account has issue.

ISSUE:

In the Inbox column, every email address has it's sub folders except one. For example

  • Normal Bob< >< >< >
