Hello. This is very strange and just started happening today, December 16, 2025. In Firefox, the Outlook web version, using my company email, when I reply to an email in my inbox two drafts are created. This doesn't happen when I do the same action (reply to an email) using either Chrome or Safari. To be clear, I love Firefox and have been using it for many years. I STRONGLY favor it over the other two. Help! This is just annoying. My draft folder is full of useless drafts. David

Do you have a personal Hotmail / Outlook account and do you see the same issues there? I'm in Hotmail everyday mac, linux, and windows and not seeing the same issue. Are you on you work computer or personal? See what happens on a personal computer. Also test in windows and linux if available. Do you have VM(virtual machine) experience Parallels?

Thank you. I use Gmail independent of Outlook. This issue is only happening in Firefox, not Chrome or Safari, for the exact same email address using the Outlook web version. I don't know what you mean by VM experience Parallels. I downloaded the Outlook app for Mac yesterday and it doesn't happen there either. To me, this is clearly a Firefox issue since in identical scenarios on the same laptop using other browsers it's not happening.
