what is the best high security search engine home page to use on my mac with Sequoia OS

I am attempting to set up the translation feature when using Spanish and German websites and having some trouble

When setting up translation option I am following the steps. Once selecting the settings it is not showing the languages I've chosen to translate.

I typed in Google search bar a regular search term (one used frequently), & what popped up for 1st time is a reCAPTCHA screen asking to confirm I'm not a robot: "Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network."
