Hello

I use a banking website to access my bills electronically. When the bill is selected, a PDF copy is supposed to auto download. For sometime now I have been getting an error 'HTTP 405 - HTTP method GET is not supported by this URL'. When I follow the same process in Safari the bill downloads without an issue. This issue has been occurring for quite some time (maybe at least 24 months).

Can someone please advise whether the source site, or Firefox, is causing the problem, and what needs to be done to fix it?

I am using the latest version of Firefox with Venture 13.7.8 on a Mac Mini 2018.

I live in the UK. There is no VPN on my Mozilla browser, on OS MAC Tahoe, that is why I have not yet set Firefox to my default browser. I am using free Proton VPN instead. Why is there no Firefox VPN on my updated Firefox? Thanks for your help. D

How do I permanently remove the Tabs called "Profiles" and "Tools" from Firefox menu: i.e. Firefox, File, Edit, View, etc. It has eliminated my WIFI icon from that line. Tried to add a screen shot but it threw me out and I had to start this msg again. Very annoying!

I have been using our CT association's multiple listing service, Smart MLS, on Firefox for years. All of a sudden, while I can log in and can select a search, nothing happens when I press "view results". I even logged in independently from my bookmarked address - still the same problem. Can I call someone to talk this through?

When I start VPN, it brings me to a page to choose a subscription, but I have a yearly subscription paid in November 2025. Then my Mozilla account says I am logged on but when I click on the application icon I get a circular icon in the window with a cancel button underneath it. See attachment.

I'm being blocked from accessing an online publication I subscribe to unless I remove an ad blocker. When I complained, I got this response: "The service we use for logins and subscriptions, Piano, has been flagged as a tracker by a widely used open source tracking list, so to access your account information or benefits on the site, you will need to slightly loosen your browser's tracking restrictions that apply to the domain piano.io - how this is done varies quite a bit based on what browser/extension is being used to apply the restrictions." I'm using Firefox v149 on a 4.5yo MacBook Air. I have several ad blockers installed (probably redundantly: AdBlocker Plus, AdBlocker for Facebook, AdBlocker Ultimate, and Ghostery AdBlocker). I have no idea what I need to do to loosen Firefox's tracking restrictions that apply to piano.io. Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance!

I can no longer watch videos on Amazon prime, those included and the ones I pay extra for through an added subscription to mgm+ since the last update. What is going on? Is it the VPN data limit thing? If so, how can I turn it off?

So I'm sure that I would be answering my own question with this but does anyone know if the new broswer VPN will at any point work like full independant VPNs that allow you to change your IP location manually? I ask since I dont use a VPN regularly and I know one of the famous uses for one is for streaming services for exclusive content in other countries. I would assume no that location changing like that wouldn't apply but I am curious and wanted to ask for anyone elses input on it

Whenever I try to watch videos on websites such as onlyfans youtube, etc., the videos will not play since I installed firefox. I have to shut my computer down and start it all up for them to play. I googled how to fix this and I need to go to settings and scroll to performance and uncheck use recommended performance settings and uncheck use hardware acceleration when available but I can't find this to uncheck these items. Can anybody help me? TIA
