You appear to be running Firefox 115 on Windows 10 ?

If you using Firefox 115 on Windows 10 or 11 then you can check for updates in Firefox. If you are using Firefox 115 ESR currently at 115.3.0esr then you will likely get an update to 140.5.0esr. If you are using the Firefox 115 Release then it should update to the Firefox 145.0.1 Release.
