Can't save attached file as an jpeg which is the format it was sent in.

I have several attachments that are jpeg files when I save as there is no jpeg listed. when I do save I am unable to open in Photoshop. I have looked for setting and don't seem to find any.

This 'sounds like' a windows issue. Is the JPG option shown?

ok, that seems a windows issue. I would save and then chane suffix to JPG.
