I received an email today with the subject line: Firefox Monitor found your email in a new data breach . I want to know if it's real or fraud. If it's real, how do it resolve the breach?

Firefox Monitor is not a scam. It is to alert you to fact that your email may have been compromised in a site(s) data breech.
