I have installed the add-on Clippings. When I wan to modify or organize one of them, it open a new window but I´m not able to see it because is like don´t open it correctly.

You have to check the options in Extension manager to allow the Addon to show or not-did you look there yet. Addons must be turned on to view as part of the toolbar to see if it doesn't show up there.
