Double clicking to open attachments fails to save files

I am running 95.0b3 (64-bit).

Just recently if I double click an attachment it fails to open. With MS Word docs an empty file is saved. Same with excel. When I look at the files in Temp most are empty. If I right click and save it saves just fine and opens just fine.

Looking for solutions.
